Ventures

Companies built out of the research.

A venture starts here when a result holds outside the lab and someone on the team wants to run it. We keep a stake, provide the research, and stay out of the way.

How we build a product that ships

01

End-to-End Product Architecting

We design the full system on day one: data, models, infra, UX and deployment constraints. Not a demo, a product that can be operated, priced and sold.

02

Build: Constrained

Research and engineering in tight loops with early design partners. Weekly checkpoints, code in your repository, evaluation on the failure mode. Constrained by real data, hardware and budget.

03

Business Development

Positioning, pricing and pipeline before the product is finished. We test willingness to pay with the first design partners while the system is still being built.

04

Go-to-Market

Launch plan, distribution and iteration after ship. We stay as technical partner until the venture finds repeatable sales and can hire its own team.
